This church is a rapidly growing church which offers a diverse array of ministry opportunities for people of all ages. With obvious joy and infectious enthusiasm, this community of God's people continues to fulfill it's vision of "making disciples for Jesus Christ." The church is very active and involved in a variety of ways in the community. Our various ministries are having an impact in no less than 25 countries around the world. This church is host to 2 chapters of Alcoholics Anonymous, along with 5 different scouting groups.

We offer two worship services each Sunday, at 8:30am (Casual Praise & Worship led by our Praise Team) and 10:00am (Traditional Worship summer hours). Holy Communion is typically celebrated the first Sunday of each month. Please enjoy your stay at this site and return often. Our New Pastor, Rev. Dr. Larry Potts
Bishop John Schol has appointed The Rev. Dr. Larry Potts as Pastor of the Franklinville United Methodist Church.
“Pastor Larry” begins his pastorate in Franklinville on July 1. Larry is married to his wife, Carol, and they are our new parsonage family. Larry and Carol have 3 grown children. Their daughter Elizabeth is married to Glenn Klucka. Their son Daniel just married Donyang Gu. Their third child is a son, Matthew.
Larry has been in ministry for 31 years, has served in a variety of roles, and provided leadership throughout the Conference and with the Districts he has served. Larry has served churches in the following communities: Linwood, Hamilton Township, Beverly, Merchantville, Turnersville, and Pitman. He summarizes pastoral ministry concisely: “I love God, love God’s people and love to lead people to faith in Christ!” From his earliest years of ministry Larry has been considered a church planter. In the past 6 years as Senior Pastor of Pitman UMC, 160 people joined the church! Pastor Larry has knowledge and gifts in church growth. His experience and abilities will help guide Franklinville to reach the next level in their ministry.
